Suitable for use in automotive, avionic, aerospace, and military applications, a line of memory components is designed to operate reliably at temperatures as high as +125°C. These dynamic-random-access-memory (DRAM) components avoid the memory loss due to energy leakage at higher temperatures that can plague conventional memory components. The DRAM components draw upon error correction code to minimize the number of refresh-rate cycles ad minimize power consumption. They are rated for operating temperatures from -40 to +125°C. Components include DDR1, DDR2, and DDR3 DRAMs with as much as 1 GB memory.
